What’s changing for routes 15 and 16?
• School specials 15 and 16 are changing to make more space for Clyde Secondary College students.
• In the afternoon, Route 16 will no longer stop at four stops near the school.
• Route 15 will cover these stops instead.
• Route 15 will run two afternoon trips:
- the first trip will take students to the stops along Thoroughbred Drive and Heather Grove (covering Route 16 stops).
- the second trip will complete the full Route to Tooradin as usual.
• These changes will make sure students who live further away have a seat on the bus, while those closer to the school have other travel options.
• New timetables and maps for routes 15 and 16 will be provided before Term 2 starts
When will the changes start?
The changes will start on Tuesday 22 April 2025, in line with the first day of Term 2.
When will the route maps and timetables be available?
Schools will be provided with both timetables and route maps before Term 2 starts. These will be uploaded to our website when available.
Who are the operators?
Routes 15 and 16 are operated by Cranborne Transit, on behalf of the Department of Transport and Planning.
Are the services ticketed?
myki fares will be payable on these school services. Students will need a myki card loaded with a student pass or topped up with myki money before they travel.
