NAIDOC WEEK 2025

In the last week of Term 2, we proudly celebrated NAIDOC Week with informative school assemblies and the official opening of our beautiful outdoor yarning circle, a special space designed and created by our First Nations students and staff. This meaningful ceremony was enriched by the powerful smoking ceremony led by Uncle Mark Brown and the wisdom shared by Jeremy Nikora, a respected Māori elder from our community.

A heartfelt thank you to our First Nations families, community members, and dedicated teachers who came together to bring this space to life.

We can’t wait to gather in our yarning circle for future events, conversations, and celebrations as we continue to embrace and honour First Nations culture here at our school.
