Ramleigh Park Primary School Cross Country Day

Last week, our Year 9 Sport and Recreation students had the opportunity to support the Ramlegh Park Primary School Cross Country Day.

Throughout the day, our students played an important role assisting with the event, supporting runners along the course, and helping ensure the day ran smoothly. With more than 700 primary school students taking part, it was a fantastic community event filled with energy, encouragement and participation.

Our students showed great leadership, teamwork, and positivity while working alongside staff and volunteers. Their enthusiasm helped create a supportive and motivating environment for the younger runners, many of whom were challenging themselves and stepping outside their comfort zones.

Following the event, a staff member from Ramlegh Park Primary School shared this message:

“The contributions & positive vibes Clyde SC made are what made it all possible to create this lifelong experience for over 700 children that took part.”
We are incredibly proud of the way our students represented Clyde Secondary College and the positive impact they had on the day. Opportunities like this highlight the value of community partnerships and give our students a chance to apply their learning in real-world settings while supporting others.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with Ramlegh Park Primary School and being involved in more community events in the future.
