A historic moment for Clyde Secondary College
Earlier this week, we celebrated our Year 10 VCE results. Since then, we’ve received the full state comparison data and the news is nothing short of extraordinary.
Clyde Secondary College was named the top school in the state, outranking all public and private schools, based on the results achieved by our Year 10 students in VCE Unit 3 & 4 General Mathematics. This marks the first VCE results in our college’s history, and what an incredible way to begin our VCE journey.
With a median study score of 39 and 44.4% of results above 40, our students took on a challenge usually faced by peers two years older. These outstanding results higlight their resilience, maturity and work ethic and provide them with a strong foundation for their final ATAR outcomes in the years ahead.
We are incredibly proud of our students and grateful to the staff who supported them throughout their journey.
A special shoutout to Reshma Swamy for her work with the General Mathematics class over the past two years. Her high expectations and steady support have helped these students grow and succeed.
